About Me

I was a high-flyer… until I wasn’t.

For years, I lived and worked at full speed. Healthy, strong and in good shape.

Like many people navigating demanding careers and modern lifestyles, I normalised stress, pushed through exhaustion and disconnected from the small daily habits that quietly shape long-term health.

Then my own health challenges forced me to stop and reassess.

That period changed everything.

It led me to study health, behaviour change, lifestyle medicine and epigenetic principles more deeply.

It also changed one of the most important beliefs I had about health.

I no longer believed our future was determined solely by genetics.

I began to understand that lifestyle, environment, stress, nutrition, movement, relationships and even the way we speak to ourselves can profoundly influence the way we feel, function and age.

I believe our health is shaped every day by the choices, environments and habits we repeatedly return to.

Simona Vinci

Food, movement, connection and mindset need to evolve through different phases of life.

As I started rebuilding my own health first, it worked and I realised something very important though: information alone does not create lasting change.

Most people already know what they should be doing.

The real challenge is implementing those changes consistently in real life, that is exactly where I struggled too.

Before becoming a health coach, I spent decades working as a Sales Director and Business Development Director. My previous career revolved around one thing: Human behaviour and trust. I led and mentored sales teams, negotiated high-value deals and worked closely with individuals, organisations and stakeholders across complex environments. And in every setting, I noticed the same pattern. There is always: a current state a desired state and a barrier in between That pattern exists in business. And it exists in health. This experience now directly informs my coaching work. Because sustainable health change requires: communication trust consistency emotional awareness practical implementation accountability and the ability to navigate setbacks without giving up In 2025, I formally graduated and then became a UKIHCA-registered Health Coach. I expanded my previous professional experience with: science-backed coaching methodologies sugar balance nutrition training trauma-informed practice nervous system regulation strategies chronic pain and lifestyle-related condition support compassionate listening and co-exploration techniques I did not replace my previous experience. I integrated it. And that combination is what makes my approach both structured and deeply human.

The Ciao Change Philosophy

Health change does not happen overnight.

But with the right support, people often move from:

confusion

clarity

overwhelm

momentum

symptoms

sustainable health habits

People are not broken.

They are often simply unsupported in the moment where change becomes difficult.

With the right structure and guidance, people do not just change habits.

They change how they see themselves.

Ciao Change

My Coaching Approach

My coaching combines several key elements:

Behaviour Change Coaching

Helping clients build sustainable habits step by step.

Nervous System Regulation

Tools and strategies that help reduce chronic stress and support resilience and recovery.

Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition

Simple and practical nutrition strategies that support metabolic health and reduce lifestyle-related inflammation.

Practical Implementation

Clear, achievable actions instead of unrealistic protocols or perfectionism.

Non-Judgemental, Trauma-Informed Coaching

A supportive space for reflection, co-exploration and realistic change.

Final Thoughts

We can often put a price tag on sickness but health is priceless.

In many cases, investing in prevention, support and sustainable habits costs far less than the long-term consequences of poor health.

The goal is yours.

Let’s make it happen.
