What happens after you book?


1. Choose your first session - You'll receive an email link to book your first coaching session after payment.

2.Receive two initial documents. Read and sign our coaching agreement and complete a short health-profile form, return them both again via email at least a day before our session.

3. We begin - Your first session gives us the space to understand your goals and create your starting point together.
